of the Evidence Act, 2031,–
(1) Sub-section (1) of clause (c) of section 2 is deleted (2) In place of sub-section (1) of section 5, the following sub-section (1) has been placed:- "(1) The court should take judicial knowledge of the following matters:-
(a) Territory of Nepal,
(b) Constitution of Nepal and Nepal Law,
(c) National flag of Nepal,
(d) Oath of the President,
(e) date of attestation of the Bill,
(f) Notices published in the Nepal Gazette.”
(3) In sub-section (3) of section 35, the words "Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj or" are deleted.
